Our wonderful property management team works hard to ensure that all owners & tenants are being taken care of to the best of their ability. This year some of our team had the opportunity to participate in a 3-day Appfolio Conference in Santa Barbara, CA. At this conference they took many classes to learn more on how to provide even better customer service for their clients.
Here at Windermere Property Management/West Sound, we take pride in the properties we manage and the benefits we offer our homeowners. We also strive to exceed tenants' expectations and have an online tenant portal. But we are always looking for ways to improve and that's why we enjoy attending conferences like Appfolio's.
