Bobbi Neal

I have worked in real estate for 32 years in Kitsap County. After two decades of real estate sales, I’ve been working in property management for nearly 10 years. I'm proud to say I was voted Best Property Manager for Best of North Kitsap in 2021. My experience working with investors and selling new construction has given me a unique ability to help guide owners through what can be a stressful process of owning and maintaining their investment properties.  I was raised in the area and I love sharing my local knowledge and real estate expertise with new families moving to our area.

I’ve been with Windermere since 1996 in various roles. I’ve been involved with property management since 2008 and have been a property manager for the past three and half years.

Most of my training has come from on the job experience working with realtors and as a staff member coordinating with other property managers and listening to what people like and dislike about the property management experience.

The part that I like most about my job is the diversity, getting to meet new people, see houses, and experience the feeling of fulfillment that comes when my owners know that they can trust me to take care of their homes while they are away.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, my three kids and two step kids, and lots of grandkids. My hobbies include taking road trips and getting my house set up so that all of the kids and grandkids have fun playing in the pool and on the trampoline.

Crystal Avery

I’m new to property management but for the better part of the last decade I have worked in progressive HR roles including as a manager for a multi-billion-dollar franchise. I recently earned a master’s degree in organizational management and I enjoy applying my education and experience to the world of property management.

Washington has always held a special place in my heart though I am originally from northern Nevada. The beauty here makes it difficult to stay indoors and my family and I enjoy camping, hiking, biking, surfing, kayaking and free diving. My favorite hobbies are photography, cake decorating, and other crafty projects.

I am a lifelong student and I continually desire to learn new things. Every day, I strive to be better than yesterday and some of my favorite quotes that I live by and teach my children are “Without labor nothing prospers” and “As long as you’ve got passion, faith and are willing to work hard, you can do anything you want in this life”.

Danielle Hildebrand

When I began my professional journey with Windermere Property Management, I was lucky enough start as an assistant to an amazing and well-established Property Manager. It was because of her that I was inspired to renew my real estate license and begin my own property management career. As I’ve made my way through this chapter of my life, I can honestly say that I truly love my job and the various challenges that come along with it!

Born and raised in Kitsap County, I'm about as local as they come. I have always been passionate about real estate and have owned my own rental in the past. I strive to make the management process as streamlined and efficient for the owner as possible. My goal is always to obtain the most return possible on an owner's investment. You can rest assured that your home will be in good, capable hands. I treat each of the homes I manage as if they were my own.

As a Realtor, I discovered my passion for connecting with clients and helping them find their dream homes. Making the jump into property management was a natural fit, allowing me to build lasting relationships with property owners, high-quality tenants, and top-notch vendors.

Before my real estate days, I gained valuable experience in fast-food management. Working in that dynamic environment taught me the importance of hard work, effective teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer service. Interestingly, these skills have seamlessly translated into my role as a property manager, allowing me to provide top-notch service to my clients and foster strong relationships within the community.

As an interesting tidbit, during my real estate courses, I embraced the life of a nomad, living in a converted cargo van for almost a year. It was a unique adventure that allowed me to fully immerse myself in my studies while experiencing the simplicity and freedom of life on the road. Through that journey, I learned valuable life lessons about adaptability, gratitude, and embracing the beauty of life's adventures.

Community is everything to me in Kitsap County, and I stay actively involved in making a positive impact. As a proud board member of NW Hopeful Horizons, I'm passionate about supporting our community's growth and well-being. Additionally, I'm a dedicated ambassador for the Greater Kitsap Chamber, collaborating with local businesses to foster economic prosperity. Through my involvement with the Charleston District Business Association, I help coordinate exciting community events that bring us all together. I'm thrilled to be part of the Kitsap County community and to serve as your trusted Windermere Property Manager.
